Meditation Techniques For Sleep: For a Deeper Night Rest

Many people go to bed feeling tired but still mentally active. The body may be ready for sleep, yet the mind continues moving. When this happens, it can be difficult to fully relax and drift into rest.

This short course introduces simple meditation practices that can help the body slow down and settle before sleep. Through gentle breathing, body awareness, and guided imagery, these practices support the nervous system as it moves toward a calmer state.

Each lesson includes guided meditations that you can return to whenever you need them. Some people listen before bed each night, while others return to the practices during particularly restless evenings.

The goal is not to force sleep, but to create the conditions that allow rest to come more naturally.
