This short sleep meditation course is designed to offer a gentle entry into rest. Without pressure to relax, clear your mind, or “do meditation right.”

Many arrive here tired, wired, or unsure how to slow down. Rather than asking the body to fully let go all at once, this course begins with something smaller: helping the nervous system recognize safety.

Day One is offered freely as a place to begin. You are welcome to return to this practice as often as you like, or stop here if it feels complete.

Day Two is available separately for $4.99. It offers a slower, more spacious practice, with additional time to unwind and settle into rest.

This course is guided by my experience holding both individual and group meditation sessions, and by years of training in mindfulness-based and nervous-system-informed practices. My approach is welcoming, practical, and grounded in small shifts that support real change over time.
